The Trudeau Liberals have a track record of failed pipeline projects due to increasingly un-competitive market conditions, burdensome regulatory standards, and their lack of public support for the oil and gas sector (PM Trudeau has stated he supports a "phase out of the oil sands").

Northern Gateway and Energy East have both failed due to these challenges and the Trans Mountain pipeline expansion is now in peril even after the government purchased it for $4.5B in tax payer dollars.

Some say the Trudeau Liberals use every tool available to halt the projects while pretending to support them publicly to appease the majority of Canadians who desire pipeline expansions. What do you think?

Is Justin Trudeau doing enough to get the pipeline built?
